Bottom-Heavy. The tri-flower frond has advantage on saving throws against being knocked prone.

False Appearance. While the tri-flower frond remains motionless, it is indistinguishable from an ordinary plant.

Multiattack. The tri-flower frond makes three Tendril attacks, if available.

Tendril. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5ft, one target. Hit: 1 piercing damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 16) and the tri-flower frond can't use the same tendril on another target. The target must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or take 2d4 acid damage and be poisoned until the grapple ends. If the saving throw fails by 5 or more, the target is also unconscious while poisoned in this way. A creature grappled by the Tri-Flower Frond takes 2d4 acid damage and 1d6 necrotic damage at the start of each of its turns. A creature within 5 feet of the target can use its action to make a DC 16 Strength check, ending the grapple on a success.
